I received my B.A. in Photography in 2013, and have been photographing weddings ever since – this is where my passion lies! In 2015, I was lucky enough to take part in my own wedding to my goofball Kevin, the love of my life who keeps me belly laughing every day. He is my biggest supporter and greatest blessing.
Couples who work with me often compliment me on my calm and soothing demeanor. I make sure to take the extra time to coach you through poses, draw out natural interactions and emotions, and find the perfect light! Building relationships with my 'clients' (more like friends!) is so important to me. You are important to me! I would love to hear more about you and the memories you would like to be photographed. Use the buttons below to connect with me!
Hi there, friend! I am so glad you're here, and truly honored you're considering me as your photographer! There are few things I treasure more than the opportunity to hear new love stories, celebrate marriage, and give people beautiful photographs to honor their memories. Now, the few things I do love more would be Jesus, my husband Kevin, our two children, and of course the fur baby too! #priorities.
Photography is not just a passive hobby for me, it's something that brings me joy. I have actively pursued this field since 2004, and I feel so lucky that this is a gift of service I'm able to share with others around me!

Charleston has a special place in our hearts. Ever since our honeymoon there, we've gone back once a year for our anniversary. I'm maybe a little obsessed! Can't get enough fried green tomatoes or South Carolina charm.
We adopted Baloo from a local rescue in October of 2016, and added his "little" brother Poogan (named after Poogan's Porch) in January of 2019. Although Poogan doesn't live with us anymore, he is still so near and dear to our hearts! You'll see Baloo on my Instagram stories from time to time.
Much to my family's horror, I got my lip pierced with an ornate, gold ring shortly after college. I had to remove it in late 2016, but Kevin keeps bugging me to get it re-pierced because he misses it so much! I think it's too much of a hassle, but who knows . . .
The rings and lavender in my business logo are very special to my and Kevin's love story. The rings are our möbius strip wedding bands, and the lavender represents Kevin's favorite color of flower to give me. If you're not sure what a möbius strip is you'll have to ask Kevin – he'll give you the whole rundown!
I spent 3 months studying abroad in South Africa in 2011! This incredible experience included everything from living in a village with no electricity or indoor plumbing, to bungee jumping 709 feet off of Bloukran's Bridge! My housemate and I are pictured here with our host family, during our stay in Lesotho.
Yes, my hair is naturally curly, BUT there's about a -800% chance it will look like this any time you see me. For instance, it's currently pulled back in an "I haven't washed my hair in 3 days" ponytail!
I have my motorcycle license! My dad taught me how to ride one summer when I was home from college. Unfortunately I don't actually have a motorcycle to go with it, but I still enjoy the bragging rights. ;)
I might fancy myself a bit of a barista at home with our breville espresso machine! But to be honest, I haven't been able to replicate this level of latte art since it happened this one, lucky time. Those swirls!
Kevin and I met on e-Harmony! We dated for six months, got engaged, and got married on our one-year anniversary! Crazy, right? But when you know, you know!
